Nathean’s board is comprised of an exceptional group of industry and software experts who have held senior positions at successful companies in Ireland, the UK, Eastern Europe, the USA and Canada. Maurice Lynch

Chief Executive Officer

Maurice graduated with a B.Sc. (Computer Applications) from Dublin City University in 1991. He has held senior management and executive positions over the past 20 years in the software industry. Maurice has consulted for Government bodies and bluechip private sector clients in Ireland, the UK, US and Australia. As CEO of Nathean Technologies, Maurice drives the strategic direction of the company and believes in excellence through leadership.

John Pugh

Chief Technical Officer

John is Nathean’s co-founder and provides technical strategy and leadership. A Computer Science graduate, he has completed complex multi-discipline projects and consulting assignments for public and private sector client organisations since 1988. John is a recognised industry veteran who delivers customer satisfaction alongside technical excellence. An innovator by nature, his expertise is called on by client organisations with mission-critical technology requirements.

Robert Doherty

Director, Product Development

Working extensively in the software development industry since 1994, Robert is responsible for managing the company’s development strategies and processes and has overall responsibility for the delivery of software products. He brings over ten years experience of management information solutions across a variety of sectors including retail multiples, engineering and financial services organisations.

Barry Moylan

Sales and Marketing Director
Having spent over 20 years in a number of senior Sales & Marketing positions, Barry brings a wealth of experience to Nathean and plays a key role driving sales strategy internationally. Previously Sales Director for the Irish arm of a leading Telecoms multinational and more recently provided consultancy to Bluechip ICT companies.

John Cahill

Director

John has over 30 years experience in commerce and industry, and has held senior management positions at board level with responsibility for finance, human resources and project implementation in some of Ireland’s largest companies. A commerce graduate with post graduate qualifications in organisational behaviour, John has worked extensively in the energy, construction, manufacturing and software development industries.

Donal Flynn

Director & Chairperson

Donal brings over 30 years of senior management experience to the Board. He has formerly held executive director positions with responsibility for both business development and company operations. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he is experienced in the energy, engineering, construction, manpower resourcing and software development industries. Donal also brings extensive international experience with a proven track record establishing new markets in territories including the US, Poland and Canada.
