Financials

Accounts Receivable-image

Accounts Receivable

Customer Register: Retrieves all information stored on your customers register, including the customer defined data elements, with all codes translated to English for fast end user comprehension and includes any outstanding balance on the customer’s account and the date of the most recent transaction with that customer

Aged Debtors: Returns all transactions in the Sales Ledger which were unmatched at the user-entered “as at date”, calculates the outstanding amount of this transaction it’s age and the number of Debtors Days received by the customer at that point in time, calculates bandings for these values and brings in all data elements from the customer master file allowing you to analyse your outstanding debtors  by any element entered into your system!

Transactions: Returns all transaction lines from the Sales Ledger (including all relevant Code Elements and Customer Details) based on the parameters selected by the user.

Which Credit Controllers have the highest amount of debt that’s more than 30 days overdue?
Which customers haven’t we done business with in over a year?
Show me all debtors that owed more than 10k at the end of the last quarter?
Which department is giving the longest period of credit to customers?

Management Accounting-image

Management Accounting

Management Accounts: Retrieves Nominal Balances for selected period, year to date and previous year, their matching Budget figures and uses your existing Nominal Viewer Structure to apply Management Reporting logic to these balances (e.g. Consolidated Profit & Loss, Company Specific Balance Sheet etc.)
 
Management Accounts by Period: Retrieves Nominal Balances for each period between the entered period from and to parameters and separate budget lines for each period, applies the selected Nominal Viewer Structure to the balances (e.g. Consolidated Profit & Loss) allowing easy trending of Management Reporting Data.

What was the Net Profit for each Company for the past year and how does this compare to the prior year?
What were our Sales Trends for the last six months?
Which Cost Centre did the best job at reducing costs over the past quarter?
Which are our best or worst performing divisions in respect of their budgets?


Nominal Ledger-image

Nominal Ledger

Company Trial Balance: provides a balance of transaction movement for all companies linked to the specified consolidation company (or just all companies in the system) for the selected year.

Trial Balance: Retrieves YTD movement and current period movement on all accounts in both Base Currency for that company and the selected report currency.

Trial Balance Drilldown: Retrieves total debits, credits and movement for each nominal code by period for the selected account range and time frame.

Transactions: Returns transaction lines from the Nominal Ledger (including all relevant Code Elements) based on the entered parameters to provide drilldown analysis for nominal balances in the Management Accounts or for detailed analysis of a set of transactions (e.g. all journals entered this week).
