The resource centre is our central repository of help, reference and support information. It includes
our product FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), all the latest online training materials, downloads,
product literature, hints, tips and more. The Resource Centre is available to customers participating
in a current support programme and can be accessed from the top right of this page or by clicking
here.
2. Log a Support Request
If you can’t find what you’re looking for in the Resource Centre, you can log a support request directly with us. Try to include as much detail as possible. We’ll normally respond to you within 24 hours. Log a support request by clicking here.

If your request is outside business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm GMT) please leave a message and we’ll return your call, normally within 24 hours. We’ll assist on a one-to-one basis by phone and provide remote control sessions if required. One-to-one assistance is available to customers participating in a current support programme.
