The Clinic Efficiency Assessment provided by Nathean Analytics ("Nathean") is intended solely to assist clinics (or a network of clinics) in evaluating their operational efficiency across clinical, business, and data workflows. The assessment is for informational purposes only and does not constitute any form of professional advice or service.

The assessment results are provided as general information. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, clinical, operational, legal, or financial advice. Clinics are responsible for conducting their own internal evaluations and seeking appropriate professional guidance before making any decisions based on the assessment. Nathean disclaims all liability for actions taken or not taken based on the assessment results.

Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the information submitted during the assessment. Nathean does not verify submitted data and shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or misinterpretations resulting from user-provided information.

Participants may optionally request a no-cost, no-obligation review call with a Nathean representative to discuss the assessment results.

It is a prerequisite that participants complete the Clinic Assessment prior to any review call. The review call is available to active ophthalmology clinics located in jurisdictions not subject to international sanctions or restrictions. 

Participation does not guarantee a scheduled call. Nathean may request additional information to verify eligibility and reserves the right to decline or cancel the call at its discretion. All calls will be conducted in English.

During the review call, Nathean may:

- Review and discuss your assessment scorecard;

- Provide general observations based on the data submitted;

- Offer information on whether Nathean’s Clinical & Business Analytics Platform may be a good fit for your clinic.

Nathean makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the assessment or review call. Participation in the assessment or call does not guarantee any specific improvements in clinical, operational, or financial performance. Any insights provided are general in nature and should not be interpreted as guarantees of outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nathean, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all liability for any damages or losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising out of or in connection with the assessment, the review call, or reliance on any related information. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Nathean reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. The most current version will be made available on the Nathean website. Continued participation in the assessment or scheduling of a review call constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Nathean reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to withdraw, suspend, or cancel the Clinic Efficiency Assessment or any scheduled review call at any time and for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where eligibility criteria are not met, data submitted is incomplete or inaccurate, or other operational considerations arise. Such withdrawal or cancellation shall not give rise to any liability or claim against Nathean.
